We started looking for our first home with Marsha Carey in the fall of 1998 . . .. We never looked for a new home before and we were a little nervous and unsure about the process.

Marsha took us by the hand.  We looked at a number of homes in the fall and winter, but none seemed to be the perfect fit for the seller and us.  As Marsha tirelessly helped us review various home styles, we always felt she was patient and kept our interests in mind.

In the spring of 1999, Marsha notified us of a home which had not yet been advertised to the public.  We looked at the home, wrote up a contract, and in a matter of days we had our first home purchase.  The home was exactly what we were looking for and we know without Marsha's hard work and dedication we would not be living there today!

For us, the home buying process was enjoyable and rewarding and Marsha's energy and enthusiasm made this all possible.
